Anti-wrinkle Injections

Botox is the household name for the anti-wrinkle treatment Botulinium Toxin. They are the most popular facial aesthetic treatments, thanks to their non-surgical application

  • Botox is most commonly used for anti-aging treatments. It can be used to combat different types of wrinkles and lines.

It is widely used for:

  • Brow lift
  • Bunny lines
  • Crow’s feet
  • Frown lines
  • Face Contouring
  • Chin dimpling
  • Neck (Platysmal) Bands

  • Botox is also used to treat conditions such as neck spasms (cervical dystonia), excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and lazy eye. Injections may also help prevent chronic migraines, bruxism, and TMJ problems.

Make sure the person doing your injections is qualified and experienced.

Avoid practitioners who have no training or have only completed a short training course.

Step One : Consultation

If you’re thinking about having such treatment, be clear about why you want them.

Step Two : Treatment

Your face will be cleaned and botox toxin will be injected into muscles in your face using a very fine needle.

You’ll need injections in different places, depending on the area being treated. You’ll be asked to move the muscles in your face to help find the best place for the injections.

It usually takes about 10 minutes.

You will not see a change straight away. It takes about 2 or 3 days to start working, and 2 to 3 weeks to see the full effect.

Do not massage or rub your face for 3 days. Also, avoid vigorous exercise, sunbathing (including using sunbeds), and the sauna for 2 days. Your practitioner should be able to give you more advice about what you should and should not do.

Step Three : Re-visit

The effects usually last for about 3 or 4 months.

However, repeated treatments can break the following habit to give longer-lasting reduced facial lines.
